Ludo is a strategy board game for 2,3 and 4 players, in which the players race their four tokens from start to finish according to the rolls of a dice. Like other cross and circle games, Ludo is derived from the Indian game Parchisi, but simpler.
Snakes and Ladders, known originally as Moksha Patam, is an ancient Indian board game regarded today as a worldwide classic. It is played between 2, 3 or 4 players on a game board having numbered squares. The objective of the game is to navigate one's game piece, according to dice rolls, from the start (bottom square) to the finish (top square), assisted or obstructed by ladders and snakes, respectively.
How to Play Ludo:
--- Getting a 6 on the dice will start the game.
--- The pieces move in a clockwise direction.
--- Getting a 6 will give you another chance at throwing the dice
--- Upon landing on an opponent's piece, that piece would be considered cut and sent
back to the starting point.
--- Cutting an opponent's piece will give you another chance at throwing the dice
--- Upon reaching the center of the Board (Home) will give you another chance as well
--- Opponents' pieces cannot be cut if they are on the coloured (starred) squares.
--- First one to enter all of his/her pieces inside Home, Wins the game.
How to Play Saanp Seedhi ( Snakes and Ladders):
--- Getting a 6 on the dice will start the game.
--- Move the pieces according to the numbers received after a dice roll.
--- Upon landing at the bottom of a Ladder, it will take the piece on top of that Ladder.
--- Upon landing on the head of the Snake, it will take the piece at the bottom of that Snake.
--- The first player to get to the top left of the board is the winner.
